At a glance:

Our panel of mum testers loved how thick these wipes are, cleaning up a lot of mess efficiently in just one wipe. The price also really stands out, but the fragrance isn’t for everyone.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

Yes, these baby wipes are strong, durable and nice and soft. This standard size pack of wipes will take up quite a lot of room in a change bag, but are fine for in the home. They left my baby clean and soft, although a little damp for my liking. I also thought these wipes had quite a strong scent, which may be a positive to some people however I found it overpowering. My baby didn't have any reactions to these wipes.

How did this product make your life easier?

The wipes were easy to dispense from the pack during change time, coming out one by one, rather than too many at once. The lid stays on the pack and didn't tear off after continued use as I have found with other brands. The level of moisture made cleaning up a lot quicker but I do think they may be a little too wet. Each individual wipe was strong and durable and a good size, which made nappy changes easier, as well as general cleaning of sticky hands and faces.

Would you choose this product to win?

I would not chose this product to win as I prefer a more sensitive and fragrance free wipe, and found the scent a little overpowering. That said, the packaging design is good and held up well to being thrown around and being pulled in and out the change bag, I specifically like that the lid stayed in place. These wipes were also fairly wet which made cleaning easy, but left my baby damp which required drying before putting on a new nappy.

What changes would you make to this product?

I would certainly prefer these wipes if the perfumed scent were not as strong, I think it could be toned down slightly to improve the product and encourage me to purchase these again. At the moment I would be concerned that the strong scent could potentially cause irritation to my baby's bum or face.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

For the price, I would definitely recommend these wipes to other mums. I've used many of the top brands and their quality didn't compare to these and are twice the price. Also, the lid is so handy as I can easily access the wipes with one hand, rather than fiddling around trying to get the wipes out with a wriggly baby!

How did this product make your life easier?

The resealable lid keeps wipes fresh and moist – they are also nice and big, meaning I use less and so they last longer, and they are very kind to even the most sensitive of skin! They smell absolutely amazing, not too overpowering but a very clean, fresh smell. My baby is very happy and comfortable after use, happy baby happy mum!

Would you choose this product to win?

I would definitely choose this product over others on the market, they are the best wipes we have tried hands down! The best features were that that they were nice and thick and that the smell is gorgeous. Even though they are perfumed, they are extremely kind to sensitive skin - I will be recommending these to everyone.

What changes would you make to this product?

Personally, I wouldn't change anything about the product. We absolutely loved the wipes, we have never used them before. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of these and been buying these ever since testing them for the awards. The price is spot on too – one very happy mum!

Would you recommend this to other mums?

I would definitely recommend the Little Angels baby wipes to other mums as they are great value for money, they are fragranced, yet still excellent for little ones with sensitive skin. They are quick and convenient to use and great for mums on the go. They are also great value for money.

How did this product make your life easier?

These baby wipes are so easy to use, especially when you’re in a hurry, as the packet allows just one wipe at a time to be dispensed. I felt I did not need to use as many wipes as they were larger than the ones I’ve used previously, so this was another cost effective plus point.

Would you choose this product to win?

The Little Angel baby wipes are fantastic and I will be definitely using them again. The main selling point for me is the packet, as they come out so easy and one at a time unlike others on the market. The wipes were great for my baby's sensitive skin and have totally changed my mind on using this fragranced product.

What changes would you make to this product?

The one thing I would change about the Little Angel baby wipes is maybe the size of the packet, as the pack is quite bulky and large if using a small bag to go out and about.

Tested by mum Emma Williams for the Mother & Baby awards 2018:

Would you recommend this to other mums?

I would absolutely recommend these baby wipes to family and friends. They are a reliable brand and not too expensive. The pack is very user friendly with a lid that closes and opens easily. The wipes themselves are extra soft and thicker than my usual brand, meaning I am happy to use one wipe with poo, rather than two for extra protection.

How did this product make your life easier?

They are quick and easy to use and the packaging makes life very easy when having to get wipes out using only one hand. The wipes also smell nicer than the wipes I normally use. My baby is happy and comfortable with these wipes and has had no reactions whilst using them. Using one wipe rather than two will make them last longer.

Would you choose this product to win?

Although I find 75p to be a little higher in price to what I am used to, I would probably now choose these wipes above others due to their soft texture, strong build and lack of water residue that you can get with other wipes on the market. They are worth the extra pennies and a happy baby makes for a happy mummy and daddy!

What changes would you make to this product?

I don't think at this stage I would change anything. If I could have my cake and eat it then maybe I'd be more attracted to them at a lower price, or in a multi-pack offer, but then you are paying for quality so you can’t have it both ways. We will definitely be buying these wipes in the future.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

I would recommend this product to other mums, as the wipes are very handy and very good value for money. My son didn't have a reaction to them and they left his bum feeling very soft. They also cleaned food very well off his face, hands and clothes during meal times.

How did this product make your life easier?

This product is very easy to use, especially when trying to change my very wriggly 15-month-old’s nappy. They are easy to open one handed and the lid is very secure which stops the wipes from drying out.

Would you choose this product to win?

I would very much choose this product over the high street leading brands, I tend to go through quite a lot of wipes and have them in multiple rooms and bags. These are very easy to use and very good value for money. The thing that stands out is the easy to open and shut lid.

What changes would you make to this product?

They can be a little soapy and the scent can be a bit strong, but that's only as I'm used to unscented baby wipes. Otherwise, I don't think there is anything I would change about this product, as the main thing I look for with wipes is cost, how my son reacts to them and if they are easy to get out when in a hurry. These wipes tick all of these boxes!
