Would you recommend this to other mums?

I think I would recommend this nappy as they have a bit on the front that indicates when you need to go up to the next size nappy. These have a nice picture of an elephant which is a cute thing. They have lived up to the test of my little girl and think others should give these a try as a first choice.

What changes would you make to this product?

I think if I could change just one thing I think it would have to be putting lots of different designs on the front of the nappies other than just the elephants. Maybe have stars or different animals - I would like to see cats.

The first feature I noticed was the elasticated waistband. I have never seen this feature before on any other brand of nappies. I liked the feel of the nappy as it was not bulky. The length was good and provided ample coverage. The waistband tabs were wider than I was used to. This provided added security and a cosy fit. My daughter slept for 12 hours in them and there were no leaks.

How did this product make your life easier?

The elasticated waistband feature ensures that any poo did not escape up and over the back.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

After the initial looking at the nappies I was dubious that they were not going to be any good due to them being on the thin side but I was pleasantly surprised. We never had any accidents or leaking episodes so we are rather pleased. The nappies never left my daughter red and sore either unlike previous other brands have. I also liked the cute design and the colour on the nappies. As they never leaked we never had any disturbed nights which was good.

How did this product make your life easier?

The tabs were strong and my daughter was unable to open them which was good. They never left her red and sore which made her happy so I was happy. They are easy to use and you can clearly tell what is the front and back and they are convenient. They fit easily into any sized bag due to being a lot thinner.

Would you choose this product to win?

They are the better quality over the other brands of nappies we have previously tried. They maybe more expensive than the other supermarket brands but I believe they are the better ones and do what they say on the packet.

What changes would you make to this product?

They are on the more expensive side but you get what you pay for in quality so I shall be using these as they are the better brand for us. I like the purple colour of the design but I know a few people that would think it's very girly but that does not affect the use of the nappy. Maybe choose a different design but again this does not affect the use.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

They're lovely and soft and feel a lot more expensive and definitely up there with the more premium branded nappies. Really cute design on the front which kept the toddler happy. We've used a premium brand for a while now as the baby tends to develop a bad reaction resulting in bad nappy rash from the cheaper nappy brands. However, these were great and up there with the premium brand. She loved these nappies.

How did this product make your life easier?

Nappies are those things as mums that we have to have. We can't do without them but they're expensive! These are great value for money which helps so much. They were also really soft and gentle on young bottoms which means happy baby - happy mummy! Really slim too so use to pack into the changing bag easily.

Would you choose this product to win?

We tested this product during a time that my youngest daughter had a tummy bug. I was scared that they wouldn't hold up to our usual brand. This was the best test they could've gone through. With our usual more expensive brand I've often ended up washing clothes as the nappies didn't keep everything in! However, these fab nappies held all the mess (there was a lot) no leaks, gentle on bottoms and great design. We're switching to these!

What changes would you make to this product?

There's not a lot I would change at all. These are a great product and great value for money. Overall a great product with a really soft feel. Can't think of anything that would improve them. Only criticism is how big they go when the baby is wet, can see the nappy through clothes even from a little wee something which the premium brand tends to hide.

Tested by mum Katie Myers for the M&B Awards 2017:

Would you recommend this to other mums?

These nappies were really good, fit very nice with no irritation and most importantly do not leak! They lasted a full 12 hours overnight and are very good value for money. They easily compare to leading brands and I would definitely used these again even after trying out most nappy brands so far! Brilliant!

How did this product make your life easier?

The fact that these nappies don't leak means that I don't have to worry when my twins wake up in a morning. Having boy/girl twins mean that I have also tried out the fit on them both, and they both showed no signs of irritation and they were able to move around easily. These nappies were brilliant.

What changes would you make to this product?

I would not change anything about these nappies, they do everything that they should and I have no complaints about them or any changes to suggest. I have already recommended these nappies to all my friends and family.

Tested by mum Sophia Procter for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I would recommend these on the basis that they are cost-effective and come in a rather large long-lasting pack. The nappies themselves are pretty good quality, I never experienced any leakage or problems with the item. They come in a cute design and are very easy to find the front and the back, which comes in handy when you need a quick change.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

I was surprisingly pleased to find that these nappies are good for overnight sleeps. My baby will let me know when he is wet and unhappy, but we never experienced this with these. We found that they kept him dry overnight but didn’t ‘swell’ too much with his wee (as some other brands do), so he was quite comfortable in them. Therefore less waking up for all of us!

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I did think that the quality of the nappies was a little ‘flimsy’ and cheap, although to be fair, they were perfectly functional. But comparing them to other brands, they are not as soft on the skin. This resulted in a few red lines on my baby’s delicate skin. I would possibly look at using a kinder material.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I thought the fit, absorbency, thickness of the Asda Supreme Protection nappies were all excellent! We didn't have any accidents and I thought the quality was excellent for the price! Amazing value for money, my daughter even had a bit of redness where a nappy would run and it cleared up while using these nappies! Will definitely be buying them from now on!!

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

You can put these nappies on your baby and feel confident that it will perform! No worries about leaking even at night time!

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The only thing I would change about these nappies is the design, maybe it could be a bit plainer!

Tested by mum Louise Gill for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

Good for encouraging the next step towards potty training. Absorbent, easy to use, easy for baby to pull up and down.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

Encourages the next step towards potty training. Good quality pull up

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Price.

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

These nappies are amazing value for the price. They are nice and soft, don't have a chemical smell that some other brands have and were completely leak free. I loved them & my son was really comfortable in them.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

These nappies are amazing; unlike a lot of other brands I've tried on my son, they were leak-free - even overnight. The tabs are strong (no undoing of them from my son & none pulled off in my hand while changing his nappy, which has happened with a different popular brand.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The nappies are fantastic. My elder son (who isn't in nappies & hasn't been for years) didn't like the purple colour - he thought it was a bit girly. So, perhaps different colours?

Tested by mum Laura Ellis for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

These nappies are good when on a budget. I also find that the size comes up a bit smaller  than other  brands which can be useful if baby is in between sizes.  My son seems comfortable in them and they didn't leak.  However, as with other Asda nappies we have tried, they do leave a gel/crystal like residue behind when the wet nappy is removed.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

Fairly cheap and convenient to use with no leaks.  Idea for a busy Mum.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I would like to change the formulation of the nappy's absorption material so that it does not leave a gel/crystal residue when wet.

Tested by mum Melissa Newton for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

I thought this product was fantastic.  I have been struggling to find a nappy that my little one won't leak through during the night. I have now found it.... Thank you ASDA.  The pattern of these nappies is pretty cute and the nappy seemed really thin to put on, at first I thought there's no way this will do the job but it has proved me wrong.  I will recommend this brand to all my friends who are having the same problem.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

This product made my life easier as my little one didn't wake in the middle of the night wet through which means I'm getting a better night sleep and my little one is now sleeping through the night a lot better.  Who would have thought just by finding a decent nappy for my little one to sleep in would make such a big difference.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I would only change the price of this product.  I did think £4.50 was a little overpriced but for my sanity I will be purchasing the product, but I will just be using them as my little one’s night time nappy.

Tested by mum Karen Collins for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

Yes I would recommend these nappies. They are excellent value for money. They were soft and performed excellently with no leaks and no irritation. The feel of the nappy would suggest a cheaper type of material but the performance and price make up for this. They are easily portable and hygienic.

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

The material of the nappy was very soft and did not cause irritation even after being on for almost 12 hours. They are very thin and are an excellent nappy to keep in the change bag for out and about.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The material, whilst soft, is a little cheap feeling. Improved quality of the material would improve the nappy further.

Tested by mum Kris Gibbons for the M&B Awards 2016:

Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

These nappies really tick all the boxes. They look great, absorb urine well and hold it in the poop. We've not had one leak whilst we have been testing (we didn't use them for the nights).

How does this product make your life easier as a mum?

They are such an affordable line of nappies.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

I would make the designs just a little brighter.
