Mothercare Valencia Highchair

A good-looking classic wooden highchair that folds compactly and is ideal for smaller budgets and homes. Didn’t score highly on comfort, so better for older babies and toddlers.

Stylish and good looking, this wooden highchair is well priced and built to last.

Very easy to assemble and clean, it’s nicely compact when folded down so great for smaller kitchens and homes. Practical and sturdy, the Valencia works well with or without the tray, so flexible when it comes to feeding time. Unfortunately, though, the harness didn’t hold our tester babies in place firmly enough, so it’s better for toddlers. It’s well built for the price though and would last, too. Our testers really liked the simple, non-fussy look and thought it was extremely good value for money. But they were concerned that babies under a year old didn’t look secure or comfortable. A decent choice if you’re buying for a slightly older baby and short on storage space.
