Signs you're having a boy
• If your baby’s heartbeat is lower than 140 beats per minute, you could be having a little boy.

• If someone tells you you’re ‘carrying low’, it means your bump is lower and your baby is lying closer to the pelvis – some say this means your baby’s is a boy.
• Got luxurious locks and all-round a better mane than you’ve ever had in your life? It could be a sign that you’ll have a son.
• Found yourself reaching for the razor more frequently? It could mean you need to start thinking of some baby boy's names.
• Some believe that suffering from more headaches than normal during pregnancy is a sign that you’re expecting a boy.
• If your baby is a little wriggler when you lie down, it’s a boy!
• Having chilly feet could indicate that you’re pregnant with a son. Brrr!
• Craving cheese, crisps and really salty meats is another old wives' tale that you’re carrying a boy.
If your partner is packing on the pounds, some think it could mean a baby boy is on the way.
• Dangle a ring you wear on a chain and hold it over your belly. If it swings back and forth, the myth says you're having a boy.
Signs you're having a girl
• Cravings sweet things like ice cream, chocolate, and cake are associated with having a girl. The perfect excuse to have another slice!
• Some studies suggests a link between carrying a girl and experiencing nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, particularly morning sickness.
• If you fell pregnant in the summer, you’re having a baby girl.
• If your little one isn't wriggling round much when you're lying on the sofa, you might have a little girl on the way.
• Pregnancy hormones making your skin break out? This old wives' tale says you might be expecting a girl.
• Dangle a ring you wear on a chain and hold it over your belly, if it swings in a circle, you might have a girl.
• If your linea nigra(the dark pigmentation line that runs down your belly) runs up to your belly button, some think you’re having a girl.
