How did this product make your life easier?

Fiona: Having a product that has a dual purpose is great. Although we are not ready to start potty training yet, it’s reassuring to know that we already have these to use when we are ready, that we know that they are comfortable, and that my daughter enjoys wearing them. They are really quick and easy to put on because they can be pulled up. We already use reusable nappies, so it’s perfect to have this dual purpose nappy which reduces the number of products we will need.

Julia: This product makes my life as a mum easier because it is a great reusable swim nappy that doesn’t leak as there are extra absorbent layers to stop that from happening. They have lovely patterns on the nappies, the poppers are a great feature that make using the nappy so easy. This nappy is easy to wash and fantastic that you can use it again and again. I also use this nappy for my daughter when travelling in her car seat to stop any leaking as she has a tendency to have accidents when she is in the car.

Hannah: I really like the Charlie Banana Swim Diaper and Training pants and would recommend this to other mums particularly as a swim nappy. I have previously used a Happy Swim Nappy and disposable swim nappies and I found this nappy easier to use than the Happy Nappy. The poppers make it very easy to use, meaning I can get them on easily even when my little boy is moving around. I really loved the fact that this system is reusable at a time when disposable nappies are so popular. It made me feel great that when we go swimming that we are using something that will have a lesser impact on the environment in the long term. I also trialled this nappy as training pants as my son is in the very early stages of potty training. I did find it a little bulky for everyday use underneath his tighter trousers like jeans. I found it as a great nappy to use overnight as there is more space under his pyjamas and I think this is going to be very useful over the coming months.

Would you recommend this to other parents?

Julia: I would definitely recommend this product to friends and fellow mums as it’s a great nappy to use for potty training. I use it with my daughter when travelling to stop her accidents leaking onto the car seat, so it’s a super helpful nappy. It’s easy to store, it’s very comfortable, soft fabric and extra absorbent materials. This nappy is extremely easy to use, the poppers make putting the nappy on and taking it off super easy. This nappy is so easy to wash and very hygienic.

Hannah: I really love the fact that this product is a reusable alternative to disposable nappies. The poppers are very easy to use and in comparison to other reusable swim nappies, I found this much easier to get on and off. I did not have any soiling accidents when using this nappy in the pool so cannot comment on how well this prevents leaks in water. Despite using multiple times, the nappy looks as good as new and I expect it will last for many children and therefore prove more economical by avoiding the need for lots of disposable nappies. I love that this nappy will reduce the number in landfill. The design is simple but effective and the nappy feels to be of very high quality that will last. I also really liked the multipurpose tote bag that came with this product which is a very high quality, hygienic and convenient waterproof bag for storing the wet/dirty nappy.

Tamara: I would recommend this product because it’s easy to use, it’s safer for the environment as it stops millions of nappies going to landfill sites, it can be easily washed, and the design is lovely. It’s comfortable on your child’s skin as well and easy to put on. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Tamara: Yes this product should win as it’s well priced, is easy to use and it was soft and comfortable. I love the fact it’s reusable and washable and so easy to put on. I would definitely use this product over others.

Lauren: This is the only one I have tried and I don't feel the need to test any others - it ticks all the boxes for me. I don't think that there are many features that you wouldn't find with other comparative reusable swim nappies on the market but it was a good version for me. It is more expensive than others and I am not sure what you are getting for the extra cost.

Hannah: Yes I think this nappy is excellent quality with lots of very beautiful designs to choose from. It is easy to use, comfortable for my little one and I expect it will last for a long time. I will certainly be using this instead of disposable swim nappies in the future. I think I will benefit from its use as training pants over the coming months. I would be very happy and satisfied if I purchased this product.

What changes would you make to this product?

Tamara: The only thing I would change is maybe a thicker more absorbent core pad for inside the re usable nappy. That would make it more luxurious and longer lasting and maybe give more protection for babies staying in the pool that little bit longer than others. But that’s about all I would change in this case.

Julia: If I could change one thing about this product, the swim and potty training nappy, it would probably be how long it takes to dry after washing the nappy. Currently It takes 2-3 days for it to dry fully. Other than that, the product is absolutely brilliant and I will be using it again and again.

Maria: If I had to be fussy and choose something I could change then I would probably say that the nappy would be even better if it was not as thick. I am not sure if this is due to the fact that it can be a training nappy also and needs to soak up wee. Other reusable swim nappies seem to be a bit thinner in my experience and therefore probably fit better under costumes.
