This video, sound and motion baby monitor helps give you peace of mind while your baby sleeps, by allowing you to watch and listen to them from anywhere in your home, without disturbing their sleep. It includes a 360° night-vision camera that you can view from a high definition screen, a movement sensor pad and the ability to play lullabies and sounds to help soothe baby back to sleep.

We spoke to these real parent testers to get their review...

How did this product make your life easier?

Siobhan: This is definitely the best monitor we have seen on the market. As a mum when you put your baby to bed you want to feel your baby is safe and this monitor allows you to see, hear and be alerted as to any dangers. It also gives you the opportunity to sleep better knowing you will wake to their sounds and feeling like your baby is right beside you.

Jessica: I absolutely love the coverage on this camera! I can move it to see not just any part of my babies cot but also her room which is so reassuring. I have the setting on so that I have a permanent picture so I can constantly see our baby. This monitor is miles beyond what I used for my first baby, the image is so clear even during night vision! If I’m going in in the middle of the night I know exactly where I’m going to find her dummies! The movement tracker is also amazing. Our baby is 9 months old now and seems to see every inch of her cot in the night so it’s fantastic to not have to reposition the camera each time I check the monitor!

Charlotte: The 360 camera makes it easy to view your child, no matter where they are placed in relation to the camera. The two-way monitor means you can talk to your baby to soothe them without entering the room and the automated playing of lullabies is a really good feature, which helped soothed my daughter back to sleep many times.

Would you recommend this to other parents?

Daisy: This product is easy to use, has a very good design and also such great quality, especially for the price. The camera itself is compact but does not comprise on quality. It has a very large range and can cover some space and is the perfect addition to any nursery. The picture is so clear, especially compared to our previous camera and I felt a lot happier being able to see my baby so clearly, which is great even when you open your eyes in the middle of the night and can see your baby as if they are next to you. The movement sensor also really put my mind at rest.

Alex: I would maybe recommend this to other mums as the camera is very high quality, especially the night vision. Once the sensitivity of the movement pad has been correctly adjusted it is great to give parents peace of mind. However, I do not feel it is very good value for money. I also feel like this product is better aimed at newborn babies who do not love around much, as I have a 9-month-old who actively moves around her cot bed and the movement pad only covers a small section of her cot.

Siobhan: The best thing about this product is how it will play sounds to soothe your baby to sleep as and when needed. I would recommend this product to any mum looking for 100 per cent satisfaction that their baby is safe. I would also tell them if their baby is a newborn that the movement monitor is a great touch. We didn't get a chance to use this as my baby is 8 months old now and isn't really required but I do think it's a brilliant feature.

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Jessica: Yes I think I would absolutely choose this product above any of the others. I’ve used two other leading brand monitors in the last 5 years and this is, without a doubt, the best I’ve used. I also have friends and family who have seen our monitor and have been amazed at how brilliant it is. I think for its ease of use, 360 vision, movement sensor and excellent night vision it is the best of the best. I cannot fault anything about this product.

Daisy: The picture quality really is second to none. I can't believe I used a different (leading tech brand) before this and that could never compete with the Dreamee. The additional features are also fantastic and really help to settle baby in his own room. The white noise is so soothing and kicks in automatically when the baby stirs no matter how long in between the stirring period. The movement sensor mat I just loved. It really put my mind at ease especially when my son stayed in his own room overnight for the first time, this really eased me into it. The lights on the camera were a bit bright so we just put a little bit of blackout tape over the blue and green ones. I still love the product and this issue was easily remedied.

Alex: I personally would not have chosen a product with the movement pad, whilst it was great to have peace of mind it is not something that I would want to spend extra money on to have. I also found it very difficult to set up the movement pad and had to refer to the online user guide to fix which is not something many new mums may have time to do. I also have the BT 6000 which is much better value for money.

What changes would you make to this product?

Alex: I would definitely recommend including the full user guide with this product as it was not practical to search online to find a fix to the issues I was facing when setting up the movement pad. I would also recommend providing some additional guidance on setting the sensitivity of the movement pad as it took a while to get this right for my baby.

Charlotte: The one thing that I believe would make this product better would be to improve the battery life on the monitor. The fact it can be used wirelessly is a fantastic feature, however, the battery doesn't last for long, so you have to make sure you have the plug ready and are near to a socket so that it doesn't run out completely!

Jessica: Sometimes the night vision flickers, so the screen will go very bright white for no reason and then go back to normal night vision. This really isn’t an issue for me but if I could change one thing that would be it! But it’s really not a grumble, just sometimes I become aware of it in the night. We’ve checked the settings and don’t know why it happens, but it’s only for a few seconds and it doesn’t lose sound when it happens thankfully!
