How did this product make your life easier?

Beth said: "This night light is brilliant for my nighttime nappy changes and feeding. The light is just bright enough to be able to see what I'm doing during the nappy change, but not so bright that it fully wakes the baby up. The soft light creates a calm environment for us while we do our night feeds. The portability of the light is also a brilliant design feature, allowing me to move the light from the bedside to the changing table. The product makes life easier as I don't have to turn on bright lights at night time."

Lynsey said: "My twin boys have just moved into their own room which due to having three floors is below our bedroom. This light has been so useful with going up and down the stairs half asleep! So simple to use just turning it upside down in adult mode. It’s very light to carry and the brightness is perfect - bright enough to see but not too bright it wakes the babies up."

Nicole said: "Nicole said: "Perfect lighting for little ones and creates a calming atmosphere. The design is amazing and does leave me wondering if it will be dangerous as it is totally child safe. Also incredibly liked by 3-year-old as he carries it around and helps us. I do think the button on the bottom that switches from child mode to parent mode needs to be bigger as it is difficult to see what mode it is on."

Would you recommend this to other parents?

Nicola said: "The highlight of the product is the ease of turning on and off when on the base the temperature light allows you to easily locate the light in the dark. Then a simple twist of the wrist activates the light. This has resolved the issue of me knocking things over when trying to find a torch/light in the dark and then trying to find the on/off switch. Making nighttime changes quieter, more relaxing and leading to quicker changes and shorter awake times for both mummy and baby."

Louise said: "The product works exceptionally well but also looks really good on the bedside table. The packaging reflects the high standard of design, it's clear and easy to understand the key features. It charges quickly and lasts for a long time. The temperature feature is a useful feature before bedtime, I've adjusted windows based on this indication when previously I would probably not have realised the temperature. The product has longevity too, I will use this for feeding and changing the baby, but I expect she will use it in the future as a toddler's night light."

Lucy said: "This product is child and parent-friendly. There are two modes. Parent mode which you can just tap the light and it switches on or off or child mode where it stays on for a set amount of time. My baby is only 7 months old so we only use parent mode but I am definitely going to be keeping this so that my little one can use it in the night if he is a little scared of the dark or needs to get up to go to the toilet. The lamp is made out of what I believe to be silicone and is not hot to the touch. My baby often goes to grab the light and I am confident in letting him do so with this lamp as I know it will not burn him. The lamp is portable and sits on a charging dock which is plugged into a USB."

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Lynsey said: "The price is excellent and great value. The fact it does not use batteries is a plus. Much easier to charge it and place it on its stand. It’s a good size. Not too small you struggle to find it in the dark and not too bulky. I think the fact it is multi functional makes it a worthwhile buy and that it will be used for many years as my babies get older."

Nicola said: "I like the fact this light can grow with your baby and be used for many years. The parent mode for parent and baby and then on child mode for toddler/children. This suggests good value for money to me as many baby products are only used for such short time periods. The overall quality of the product is very good."

Louise said: "Yes I would choose this product, it looks very modern and simple but has a wealth of great features and incredible ease of use. There is zero glare with this light, who needs glare at 01:30 when trying to juggle a screaming baby. The ability to just pick it up (grabbing any part of it too as it doesn't get hot) and with a quick flick it's on is so much easier than trying to find the light switch or switches when moving between rooms."

What changes would you make to this product?

Beth said: "The one thing I think would improve the design would be to add a temperature number. The Shnuggle Moonlight Nightlight does have colours based on a temperature range, however, I think an actual temperature should be visible as well. It would also be useful to include a plug socket with the product. I personally find it annoying when products only come with a USB lead and I'm left to search for a plug for it."

Nicole said: "I would change the size of the button on the bottom of the light that switches between parent mode and child mode. It is much too small and fiddly and sometimes makes it hard to realise which mode it is in. I would also add a feature for the light to last longer (unless I have not figured out how to use it properly yet) as when my older soon used it, it wasn’t on long enough."

Lucy said: "The touch feature in parent mode is really sensitive. I have put the light on the bed before and turned it off but as soon as I have it then switches back on again. Perhaps my fault for being lazy and not putting it on the side, to be honest. It would be handy for the dock to show the actual temperature of the room rather than just a colour. I think this would make it stand out more to others when looking for a lamp or room thermometer."
