Once known for her glam life and London drama on Made in Chelsea, Tiffany Watson—“Tiff” to her friends and fans—has swapped reality TV for the wild and wonderful world of motherhood. Now married to footballer Cameron McGeehan and mum to baby Jude, Tiffany’s journey has taken her from nights out to sleepless nights, and she’s all in.
Since Jude’s arrival in 2023, she’s shared the ups, the downs, and the unexpectedly beautiful moments—like those tiny, heart-melting giggles that somehow make you forget just how tired you are.
We caught up with Tiffany, and she let us in on everything—from the chaos of weaning and the eco-friendly baby products she swears by to the deeper, tougher parts of her story, like her experience with miscarriage. Being open about it has helped her connect with other women, showing that even in the most challenging moments, none of us are alone.
With Christmas around the corner, Tiffany also gave us a peek into her Christmas wish list for Jude, offering some perfect gift inspiration for us parents overwhelmed by choices.
Reflecting on her Made in Chelsea days
A major part of Tiffany’s life before motherhood was her time on Made in Chelsea, the reality show that followed her through many of life’s highs and lows. Looking back, Tiffany says, “Professionally, it’s opened a lot of doors for me and given me opportunities that I’m very grateful for. Personally, I think it’s helped me to not care what others think about me and to be more of an open book, as I used to be quite private.”
Joys and challenges of motherhood
Becoming a mother has brought a new perspective for Tiffany, with every day presenting its own joys and challenges. “I think the joy is in the little moments—cuddling him, laughing when he learns to do something new; all these moments make me so happy,” she reflects. Yet, she’s candid about the hard parts too. “Motherhood is so challenging; it’s new levels of sleep deprivation, constant worry, or feeling guilty that you’re not doing enough. But I think every mum feels the same way.”
Since having Jude, Tiffany’s life has completely changed. Without any help and still working, she’s juggling it all. Jude is her main focus, but she doesn’t want to stop working either. Before he was born, Tiffany thought she’d have a nanny or send him to nursery, but as soon as he arrived, she realised she wanted to be there for every moment. It’s hard, but she knows these first years will fly by, and she doesn’t want to miss a second of them.
When asked to give advice to other new mums, Tiffany is reassuring, “Do what you think is best for your baby, and do not listen to anyone else’s opinions—you know your baby best.”
Sharing her motherhood journey online
Social media has been an outlet for Tiffany, allowing her to connect with others going through similar experiences. She shares that before Jude’s birth, people asked if she planned to share photos of him online. “I was like, yeah, I am. Both me and Cameron don’t have a problem with that, and I’ve always been open with sharing my life pre-Jude—what I get up to, relationships, houses, and things like that—so it was a natural progression to share my motherhood journey.”
The challenges (and rewards) of weaning little Jude
"Weaning has definitely been one of the harder parts of motherhood! It requires so much patience," Tiffany shares. Though she loves cooking, preparing meals for Jude sometimes has an unexpected outcome. “It’s so sad when I make something for Jude and he doesn’t like it.”
Known for her advocacy of a vegan lifestyle, isn’t sticking to a strict diet for baby Jude. Instead, she’s choosing to introduce him to a variety of foods. “He’s not on a vegan diet right now. We’re letting him try everything,” she says.
When it comes to weaning, she offers some advice, “Don’t put pressure on yourself. I see so many mums stressing about it.” She adds, “I make food for Jude—sometimes he eats it, sometimes he doesn’t—and that’s just part of the process.”
Handling meltdowns—both his and hers
Tiffany has learned to navigate toddler meltdowns with patience. “I find that distracting Jude when he’s having a meltdown sometimes works, or simply just trying to hug him and let him express his emotions. I never tell him off,” she explains. For her own “mum meltdowns,” Tiffany relies on family support and relaxation techniques. “Talking to my husband about how I’m feeling or my mum—or a long hot bath—normally does the trick!”
Toddler essentials Tiffany swears by
Everyday life with a toddler is unpredictable, and Tiffany has her essentials on hand for any situation. Her list?
"Nappies and wipes are always essential, a change of clothes for Jude, snacks, his ‘Their Future’ blanket—especially now it’s getting colder—teething gel, and a few toys, maybe like those fidget spinners.” These simple items make all the difference, she says, especially during busy days out.
Why sustainability matters, and partnering with Their Future
As a lifelong advocate for sustainability, Tiffany has made eco-conscious choices a central part of her family’s lifestyle. Recently, she partnered with Their Future, a brand known for its sustainable baby blankets.
“I try to be conscious of the products I use for Jude. When you’re in a massive rush, sometimes you have to just grab the easiest thing, but I try to make sure everything is eco-friendly, natural, and organic.”
She adds, “Their Future sent me a blanket when Jude was first born, and it was one of the things we used most. He absolutely loved it, so I always recommend it to people who have just had babies.”

And lastly, Tiffany’s got something special for her nephew, Willoughby – the Their Future blanket. Tiffany’s a huge fan herself, and she knows Willoughby will love it too! It’s a super cosy, meaningful gift that’s perfect for snuggling up on chilly Christmas days. Sharing this blanket with her nephew just shows how much she loves Jude and Willoughby, and it’s a sweet, thoughtful gift idea for any little one.
Opening up about miscarriage
For her, the blanket’s softness, combined with the brand’s eco-friendly values, make it a must-have for new parents.
Tiffany’s path to motherhood wasn’t without heartache; she suffered a miscarriage in 2022 and chose to share her experience publicly. “It can be such a taboo subject, and people keep really quiet about it,” she says. “I think the more people speak about it, the more people realise how common it is and that you’re not alone in that situation.”
Sharing her story was a big step, she admits, “It was a brave thing for me to share because I can be quite private about personal things and sweep them under the carpet, but I’m glad I did it.”
She still receives messages from women who felt supported by her openness. “I shared it because it’s so common, and I wanted others who were also going through it to feel less alone. Fertility is definitely something people are speaking about more, and I think it’s amazing.”
Marriage and family life with Cameron
Since marrying Cameron, Tiffany says that their relationship has remained steady, which she considers a positive. “I don’t really feel our relationship has changed since getting married, which I think is a good sign,” she shares.
The wedding day was full of beautiful moments, including their first dance and Cameron’s speech. “The whole day went by so quickly—I’d love to relive it.” When it comes to keeping their relationship strong, Tiffany believes teamwork and communication are essential. “I think being a team and communication is most important. We talk about everything, and that really helps.”
And as a father, she admires Cameron’s dedication to Jude. “He’s an amazing dad—always prioritising spending time with Jude over doing things for himself, always making him laugh, and encouraging him to be himself.”
Finding balance and prioritising self-care
Despite the whirlwind of motherhood, work, and public life, Tiffany recognises the need for self-care, even if it’s a work in progress. “I wouldn’t say I have me-time every day, and it’s definitely something I need to work on. Luckily, I really enjoy my work and being a mum, but I do need to prioritise self-care more!”
She admits to feeling guilty about taking time for herself. “I always feel guilty for doing something for myself when I feel I should be working or doing something with Jude, but self-care is so important and ultimately not something that should be neglected.”
Looking ahead: What’s next for Tiffany
As for the future, Tiffany is eager to embrace new opportunities. She hints at the possibility of returning to Made in Chelsea as well as exploring new brand partnerships. But above all, her priority is her family. “Life is busy, and I feel very grateful for that,” she reflects.
Through her candid and heartfelt reflections, Tiffany Watson continues to inspire mums everywhere, showing that it’s okay to embrace the highs, weather the lows, and keep moving forward with grace.
