Would you recommend this to other mums?
A great screw on top helps it open and close in minutes without any spillage or wastage concerns and allows you to feed the hungry tummy in seconds, on the go or at home. It’s great not having to need a spoon, as it can be eaten straight from the pouch (this saves time washing up too!) They are also very versatile and can be used in any combination. I am experimenting with adding them to pasta or a meat dish, which my baby absolutely loves.
How did this product make your life easier?
The Ella’s Kitchen pouches are absolutely fabulous! They are easy to warm in a cup of hot water which means they are ready in couple of minutes unlike other brands in glass jars, and even if eaten at a room temperature they are as tasty as warmed up. They are light to carry around and very convenient on the go even with a small baby. The pouches taste like real vegetables which is amazing – this is the only brand I would give to my baby as a ‘readymade’ meal.
Would you choose this product to win?
They are easy to transport and very convenient for feeding, taste fantastic warm or cold and come in a perfect size. The variety of vegetables including superfoods is fantastic and they come with no preservatives which is a real plus. They are slightly more expensive in comparison with other products on the market, but well worth every penny spent as it’s pure goodness.
What changes would you make to this product?
Absolutely nothing! They taste delicious, come in a perfect size and are easily used at home or away. We tried a number of different brands but this is our family favourite, to the point where myself or my husband will finish off what our daughter doesn’t eat, which I could never do with any other baby brand!

I would recommend this product to anyone who is worried about what kind of nutrients their baby is getting. As a first time mum I only wanted what is best for my son, so knowing that this product is 100% organic and made with the right ingredients puts my mind at rest. I love the design of the product, it’s easy to fit into your changing bag and I sometimes have more than one pouch in the same pocket which means I have more room in my changing bag. I also love the colours of the product - they are bright and colourful and are appealing to my baby, everytime he sees the pouch he knows that its dinner time!
How did this product make your life easier?
As a mum this product is perfect for a busy lifestyle, it’s the perfect size to fit into your changing bag, and use in a rush. Also easy to warm up - I normally put it in hot water for five minutes and let it heat up, which is great for when you are out or if your baby is out with relatives. It makes meal times easier for me and my partner, knowing that my son has a good range of food each meal time.
Would you choose this product to win?
I think this product should win as it is 100% organic and great value for money, as most of the time my baby doesn't eat all of the pouch and I can get two meals out of the one pouch. I love the colour of the pouches – they are bright and appealing for babies to look at. I always choose Ella’s Kitchen products over any others as you know exactly what ingredients are in them.
What changes would you make to this product?
The only thing I would change about the product is the size, I would make it bigger because then you would be able to get two meals out of the one pouch. I also think there should be more of a variety with this product as not all babies like their vegetables mixed with fruit.

Would you recommend this to other mums?
I would most definitely recommend Ella's Kitchen pouches to friends and fellow mums as I am very strict on what I give to my daughter. Ella's Kitchen is all organic, and includes basic ingredients - no mix and matching the weird and wonderful flavours! The pouches are simply amazing, pop them into your baby changing bag. By squeezing it out onto the spoon, there is a lot less chance of germs spreading onto the nozzle.
How did this product make your life easier?
This product makes my life as a mum a whole lot easier, especially for 'on the go' days where I don't have the time to cook a meal from scratch for my little girl. There are always baby warming facilities dotted around town centres, which can be used to heat the pouches up, or you can squeeze into a microwavable bowl and heat.
Would you choose this product to win?
Yes, Ella's Kitchen goods are all amazing, and I can only hope my daughter grows out of her milk allergy so she gets to try all the other yummy recipes. Despite the allergy, there are so many alternatives that Ella's Kitchen offer with no dairy included - which is fab.
What changes would you make to this product?
If I could change one thing, and one thing only, it would probably be the shape of the pouches. When squeezing the pouch after a while, its awkward to grip your hand around. Ella's Kitchen could improve this by creating the pouches ergonomically, fitting around a hand shape, offering finger moulds around the sides of the packaging. The sharp edges would also go along with this change as I know my daughter likes to try and suck out the contents, this often leave marks on her face as they are a little sharp.

Would you recommend this to other mums?
Everything about this product is what a mum needs especially on the go! The bright coloured packaging makes it appealing to both adults and children, the food is great tasting making it a good option to avoid food refusal. It's easy to dispense the food on to a spoon or into a bowl, can be eaten hot or cold. You can tell the food has no additives. It was overall a great experience at meal times using the pouches.
How did this product make your life easier?
As a busy on the go mum, this made meal times out an option. Because of the easy dispensing and the option to eat hot or cold it meant my little one could eat wherever we were. The packaging is small compared to jars and fits nicely in the cupboard as well as the nappy bag meaning it didn't take up much room. Again the same when disposing of the empty packaging – it didn't take up a lot of room in the bin. My little one had a full belly afterwards and having tasted the product myself, I'm happy knowing she is eating great tasting quality food.
Would you choose this product to win?
Absolutely, everything about the product is so much more inviting than most. From bright colours to even the look of the food, it's so much more than your basic jar of food. The quality of the packaging is 110% better than most.
What changes would you make to this product?
Potentially make a version with more lumps of vegetables in? The only reason we found this an issue is because we have done baby led weaning, so if there was a way to add more/bigger lumps, I feel my little one would have been able to feed this to herself.

Would you recommend this to other mums?
I would recommend this product as it is made from all natural ingredients. As a parent it is important for me to know my baby is eating only the best food possible. It's very easy to take out and about and feed to baby due to the flexible nature of the pouch. It's also such a hygienic way of transporting my baby’s food, without having to worry about breakages.
How did this product make your life easier?
As a busy mum, convenience is essential and this product offers just that in its handy pouch with screw top. The amount in these pouches is perfect for a six-month-old, but on a day she isn't as hungry, the lid can be replaced and the remaining food offered later.
Would you choose this product to win?
I would choose this product alongside others as, whilst this is my preferred baby food to feed due to the pure ingredients used and the great combination of flavours in each pouch, there are now other brands which are offering similar for slightly lower prices.
What changes would you make to this product?
If I could change one thing about this product it would be to reduce the price slightly to make the product more affordable to all parents. Whilst I personally can afford to pay a little more for baby food, there are some other very similar options available at lower prices which also state they are 100% natural ingredients.
