At a glance:

George's Moon and Stars fitted sheets are made from the softest jersey cotton to ensure your little one is snug and comfy when sleeping at night. They have a lovely feel and are gentle on your baby's skin, and at an amazing bargain, you're in for a treat.

How did this product make your life easier?

Sarah: These sheets are really quick and easy to fit to the mattress. As they fitted they provide a snug fit, without being baggy in any way. They are lovely and soft and feel lovely against the skin. They wash really well and so far I have seen so bobbling or discolouration in the design, as you often see with sheets.

Joanna: The fit of the sheets is acceptable when you consider how cot bed mattress sizes can differ and these are one size. The elasticated edges are good for quick changes on heavy mattresses and the gender-neutral design will work well with most nursery schemes and genders. The sheets can be washed at a high temperature and tumble dried which is an essential feature I look for when choosing sheets.

Shereen: The sheet had great stretch which meant I didn’t need to worry the bedding would come lose when my baby boy was restless. I worry about loose fabrics and this sheet really held in place firmly. All the stains came out of the sheet first wash which makes life easier. I’ve had other sheets where this didn’t happen and I’ve had to wash several times.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

Caroline: I love the stars and the moons on the cot bed sheet. The design is so much nicer than plain sheets. It gives so much more character to the cot and makes it look cosier. My baby enjoys looking at the stars and the moon design on the sheet but now my toddler wants one in his bed too. Not only do they look great but the price is great too. Great value for money.

Natasha: Yes. The design of the sheets is lovely and fits in well in a nursery of either gender. They are extremely soft and fluffy, which is lovely to find from a supermarket store rather than a higher-priced brand which is something they could be easily mistaken for. They fold up nice and small and even come with a little matching pouch which we will be taking ours away in for our holiday!

Clare: At £9 it would be hard to get a 2 pack patterned cot bed sheet. They are great value for money. The jersey cotton is of good quality and not thin. Washing is easy and the sheets can be tumble dried without shrinking. The pattern has also not faded after a few washes. The pattern is unisex and quite subtle.

Would you choose this product to win?

Christina: I would choose this product bed sheet because the material is very soft even before washing. The product washes well. The storage bag in which it comes in really stood out and it is very easy to get the sheet in and out of the bag. The pattern is very cute, soft and gender-neutral. The sheet fits my cot bed perfectly and is not too tight meaning the bed is easily made.

Amy: The sheets definitely stand out and can confidently compete with any of the top brands. A major plus is how they wash because as a parent I do rather a lot of washing! The price is also a winner. Such good quality for a great price to suit all budgets. The design is so lovely and very gender-neutral (just in case I want another baby!)

Joanna: The sheets are very substandard to other high street and supermarket brands. The star design is heavily featured in other brands so it is a safe but lazy choice by the designers but so badly let down by a rough tatty thin fabric.

What changes would you make to this product?

Caroline: I wouldn't change anything about the cot bed sheets. Although if they are not selling already it would be great to see the cot bed sheets in different sizes that would fit a single bed so my toddler can have matching.

Sarah: I honestly cannot think of something I could change. This product for me only had good quality. Maybe you could have three in the pack for the nine pounds, so getting more for your money. But that is only me trying to think of a negative. All in all, these are a perfect product for any mum or mum to be. It's good quality and a good price.

Christina: I love the storage bag and feel this makes the product stand out, however upon opening the sheets for the first time I noticed that the sheets were very creased meaning they needed ironing before use which obviously takes time. I would love to see this product in some bright colourful colours, however, I do love the soft gentle gender-neutral pattern on this product already.
