The sleepsuit bag is a warm and thick sleep bag that converts to a sleepsuit with the adjustment of a zip. It is beautifully presented and packaged and they are available in beautiful colours and designs. The bag is great for those babies/toddlers who are looking to move to a larger bed or cot bed and as a first step away from traditional sleep bags.
How did this product make your life easier?
My son is in between cot and cot bed at the moment, and we have been planning to introduce a duvet to him soon -however, so far he has not been particularly impressed. This sleepsuit feels like a mid-point between a traditional sleep bag and a duvet, and my son slept happily and longer since using it. Having the zip is a great help for me when he needs a nappy change, as well as for transferring in and out of the car seat at the end of a busy day. Knowing that my son is warm and comfortable makes this product worthwhile, as I have had concerns at the thought of using a traditional duvet which he would be able to kick off.
Would you recommend this to other parents?
Yes, I would, this is a great product for the transitional age between cot and cot bed/single bed and if you are concerned about introducing baby to a duvet. I would also recommend this to parents who have to drive their baby home close to bedtime, as you can easily transfer them from car to cot with minimal interference.
Would you choose this product above all others on the market?
Yes, I would. One concern that I have had with other products is their ability to easily pop open and my son could then be able to wriggle free. This is not something I need to be concerned about with this sleeping bag as its shape is far more secure. This would make a great baby shower present and something I would have been ecstatic to receive as a new mum. The material and quality make this feel special and far more sturdy than some of the sleep bags available at supermarkets. It also washes well and has not stained or become bobbly.
What changes would you make to this product?
None at all! It's perfect!
