We spoke to these real parent testers to get their review..

How did this product make your life easier?

Rachel: The Pottiagogo is really quick and easy to use. It opens very easily and is very sturdy once set up. The liners fit well and were nice and absorbent (although there are only two in the pack so I was only able to test the liners twice). It's really lightweight and folds away easily, making it really portable and much easier to take out and about than a standard potty as it fits nicely in a bag/under a pram.

Holly: The lightweight nature of the potty makes it easy to carry on the go and the foldability means it fits nicely into your changing bag. It is really easy to set up which is great when you have your hands full (often the case) and it is very easy to clean once used. It is also very sturdy once in position which means it is safe for your little one to use.

Zoe: Brilliant product. Folds nice and small, much better than taking a 'proper' potty out with you! It's lightweight but sturdy and easily fits in a changing bag. The bags that come with it have an absorbent pad in for wee and (so far) are strong enough to not leak which is an absolute must! Worth keeping one in the changing bag and one in the car.

Would you recommend this to other parents?

Zoe: Yes, definitely. It's by far the best travel potty we have seen and worth buying more than one. It’s lightweight and portable, but the sturdy design means it is perfect for taking out and about and it has lovely colours too. The bags that come with it are very useful and well designed. I have no negatives to say about it.

Alice: Yes I definitely would recommend this to a fellow mum, not only is it easy to use with amazing foldability to easily slide into the car or under the pram but it’s also great for hygiene. The bag can be disposed of quickly, therefore not too much stress for mums, especially if you are on your own with a child. I would also recommend it as the price is amazing.

Jemma: I would recommend this product to my fellow mummies as it’s so easy to use. The plastic makes it easy to clean so it’s hygienic and perfect for any little accidents. The foldability is ideal too as it folds from a potty into being a flat compact. This makes it easy to pick up and take with you. You could even fit it into a bag you are taking out for the day. It also makes it easy to store around the house when tidying up or when not needed. The sacks are also a winner, as when your little one has finished on the potty they can be easily lifted out of the potty and thrown away. This would be ideal for toilet stops at the roadside.

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Hannah: I think this potty is great to use at home as well as when out and about. When folded it doesn’t take up much space so it’s easy to store at home or in the car. If you keep one at a grandparents house it doesn’t take up too much room for them and is one less thing you need to remember when visiting!

Alice: I would choose this product above all the other products out there, it is only £15.99 and the fact that it can be transported easily, the hygiene with it is fantastic, even my child loves it and will even ask to use it at home. It makes days out great again, we don’t have to struggle to find a toilet.

Richard: Yes, I've not found an alternative that is as easy to unfold/pack away for a similar price. The compact size is also a bonus, as some of the alternatives I've seen are far bulkier. My little boy is happy to use it, and it feels very sturdy once locked in place, unlike some of the other foldable potty’s that I’ve seen.

What changes would you make to this product?

Richard: The only thing that I could suggest would be having it so normal ‘supermarket’ carrier bags/plastic bags for life could be used. I've not run out of bags yet but can imagine the panic if we used the last one on a day out and didnt have any spare in the car/bag. That would mean we were carrying it around for the rest of the day but couldnt use it.

Holly: The only thing I felt could be better is the height once in position, my little one is a particularly tall toddler which means he has to position his legs a little uncomfortably when the potty is in use. I do think if you could extend the height this would solve this problem. This is the only thing I really noticed as a potential issue.

Rachael: It only contains two liners and I think it would be even better if the original pack contained a whole pack of liners which is 20 lines. Two liners isn't much to get you started with and could easily be used up on one outing with a toddler who is just starting with potty training and excited to try their new potty.
