How did this product make your life easier?

Louise: The design of all of the utensils are really baby friendly! My toddler can use the stage 2 fork and spoon with ease. They're just the right weight, and they fit perfectly into her little hands. The stage 1 weaning spoons were also amazing for my youngest who is 7 months old. Easy to clean and transport around, and the extra spoons were great for her to play with and get used to during meal times. All of the utensils provided were easy to clean and use as a mum. My toddler even had a go at using the stage 3 utensils and she did amazingly with them. Although she is a little young, she loved trying out a knife and fork and you could just see it was so easy for her to handle and hold them.

Katrina: The product is truly beautiful, what a gorgeous cutlery set. My 4 year old uses the older set every meal time and actually my 7 year old is so jealous of them that I need to buy a 2nd set. They definitely make her hold cutlery correct and have improved her cutting skills hugely. My baby loves his too, they are the perfect size for baby hands! What a fantastic product!

Haylee: The Nanas Manners First Complete Cutlery set makes my life easier as a Mum by making it easy for my little girl to feed herself. The second stage cutlery set is the perfect size for toddler hands. My little girl is 18 months old so it's the ideal set to encourage her independence of self feeding with cutlery rather than using her hands.

Would you recommend this to other parents?

Linsey: With my baby experimenting with the stage one spoons and my toddler now using the stage two set, I can highly recommend both. The stage two cutlery is very easy for my toddler to use, allowing him the independence of feeding himself but with cutlery suitable for his small hands and not altogether precise aim! I find when he uses regular kids cutlery the handles are too long and he has a real job trying to twist the spoon or fork round to his mouth without the contents falling off. The short handles on the Nanas Manners stage two set have eliminated this issue meaning i can leave him to his own devices much more often- i now simply cut his food up and leave him to his own devices, without him getting frustrated.

Louise: I absolutely love the design of the products. I am usually a fan of Nuby, supermarket own brands and Munchkin weaning products. However, the quality of the utensils was off the scale. They were presented in beautiful boxes with a colourful and bold design. I would even consider gifting these to friends as they're so pretty to look at. My toddler loved using stage 2 and having a go at the stage 3 utensils. All products provided were easy to keep clean, comfortable for my little ones and would be easy to pack away if we were eating out of the house. I will definitely be recommending Nana's Manners to all my mum friends.

Katrina: Yes definitely, although for me they are expensive. If price isn't an issue then these are a must! The best cutlery I have used. They feel really well made, they are easy to clean and they come in the cutest packing I've ever seen. These would make a wonderful gift! My daughter uses them every mealtime.

Would you choose this product above all others on the market?

Haylee: I would choose the Nana's Manners set above other cutlery ranges for babies and toddlers on the market. I like that the utensil isn't plastic, therefore getting my little girl used to using grown up cutlery as she is growing. The metal prongs of the fork are also much easier to stab into food than plastic ones.

Linsey: I would choose the stage one spoons time and time again as the materials used have been sympathetically thought out, with babies and their sensitive gums in mind. I'd absolutely recommend the stage two cutlery to bring independence to a toddlers meal time (and time saved for Mum!) Both sets have a really attractive price point for something which is designed so cleverly and wears well even when washed daily. We've not tried the stage three set yet but I love the stickers marking where little fingers should hold the cutlery and I already see the process of stickers and matching up with the right colours appealing to my toddler in a few more months. You really can tell these have been made by observant parents with other parents and kids in mind.

Louise: I think this product should definitely win. The quality is the number 1 thing that stands out for me. It exceeds by far any other weaning products I've used (and that is quite a few with 2 under 2!). The product is fun, baby friendly and you can tell Nana's Manners puts little ones needs at the forefront of their design. You can see a lot of thought has been put into the presentation of the products as well which I've already mentioned. The stage 1 feeding spoons especially have so many features I haven't seen in other brands. For example, the soft and flexible spoon tip - great for baby gums! The end is curved upwards slightly too which made feeding my youngest easier. The handle of the spoon is very sturdy and just felt really nice to hold.

What changes would you make to this product?

Katrina: Unfortunately my biggest and only criticism is the stickers. Initially I thought they were a genius idea (one sticks to a knife and one to the finger to make sure they are held correctly) although we quickly found out that these didn't stick at all. I was really gutted and I loved this idea but unfortunately they caused more issues at dinner time as my little girl was more concerned that they weren't sticking rather than eating her dinner. Don't let this put you off though as these are still incredible!

Haylee: One thing that I feel would improve the Nanas Manners cutlery range is having an option for left handed children, I recommended the range to a friend for her her little girl and but when she looked on the website she felt like they third stage cutlery wouldn't be suitable because of how the handles are moulded.

Louise: I honestly wouldn't change anything about these products. Yes, they're a little more expensive than some of the other big leading brands. But what you get in return is quality. Quality weaning products that will last you a very long time. However, if I MUST change something. It would be useful if the utensils came with a little bag or case for when I want to take them out with us.
