Testing Milton Baby Bottle Cleaner

Before having Milton baby bottle cleaner we used just ordinary washing up liquid and then sterilised afterwards. Since using the bottle cleaner I have noticed a big difference in the residue left on the bottles after use, I was always complaining before that they were greasy looking and hadn’t been cleaned properly but since using this product I have noticed a huge difference and I feel much happier with the cleanliness of my baby bottles.

The design of the bottle with the lid is perfect for everyday convenient use, I liked the design of the lid which was a pull up stopper and dispensed the liquid easily.

I wash bottles one to two times a day and although it’s another product to buy when doing the shopping I’ve found it has lasted so much longer than I expected as only a small amount of product needs using each time.

The fact that Milton are a known brand for sterilising made me confident in the quality of the clean. I loved that it was made from natural ingredients and is gentle on the skin which is perfect for babies. Plus it’s fragrance free so there’s no need to worry about if there was any residue left over that it would change the taste of anything going into the bottle.

I have had a look as to what else is available that's similar to this product and it looks like there is very little on the supermarket shelves that is of a similar price and bottle design. Another bonus is it’s a product that can be picked up whilst doing the weekly food shop or it can be ordered off of Amazon for delivery which are the two main places I would buy from, making life a little bit easier as a mum

Final thoughts

I wouldn’t change anything about this product. My initial thoughts on arrival would have been price but after using for over a month it is quite obvious that this product is made to last, the recommended amount is 3 or 5ml and it’s a 500ml bottle which even when using the bigger amount it is still designed to last for 100 uses and for £2.99 I don’t think that can be complained about at all. The only thing which might be nice is make it a bit more attractive packaging, it sits next to the sink most of the time so would be good to have something which looked a bit nicer rather than another cleaning product.
