Testing the Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro

From previous experience, I have found that investing in the Baby Brezza Washer Pro, has certainly given us as a family the gift of time, with an easy to read panel of three different wash modes, you can wash, sterilise and dry up to four bottles all under an hour and thirty minutes.

I am mum of two, a 5 year old boy and a newborn who needs my constant attention, it’s exhausting to think of washing bottles and making sure they are properly sterilised. So whether it's early morning or at the end of the day, having the washer pro with it’s easy to read instruction manual, both me and my husband have been given the freedom to continue our day to day routine with our children, especially during those busy periods such as the morning school runs, dinner and bedtime.

Usability and performance

This product is great for long term use, which is definitely worth the cost of the product for your everyday routine. The washer pro comes with a simple instruction manual that has images as well as text for an easy set up. It has various modes, which is just what you need for the first year of your baby's life, and items such as sippy cups, pacifiers and breast pump parts can also be placed into the steriliser.

With it’s clear and easy to follow instruction manual, I found this was helpful to compare to the product when I was setting up. There are two wracks which help separate the bottles, teats, collars and lids. However, depending on the type of bottles, I found that I had to do a separate wash for the lids, but this is stated in the manual.

The back of the washer pro has two tanks; the water tank which you can gently pull up and the waste tank which slides out. I needed to fill the water tank with a jug as the tank can become heavy once you fill it to the top, whereas my husband can take the tank straight to the sink and fill. The waste tank simply needs to be removed and emptied into the sink once the cycle is finished.

As it is a fairly large product you would need to consider counter space. I have a smaller kitchen, but I was able to rearrange to make space for the Baby Brezza Washer. For me, I think it’s worth it with its multifunctional purposes, and I loved the fact that the product is also eco-friendly as it saves water and time.

There are 30 detergent tablets that are included, which is helpful to start off with. To start your sterilising cycle all you need to do is add one tablet into the detergent tray, arrange the parts of your baby bottles on both racks, close the lid which slides over the top, select which wash mode you like and it’s off.

It took under an hour and thirty minutes to complete the whole cycle, so you have plenty of time to do other things around the house. The Baby Brezza Bottle Washer Pro definitely does the job, and once the cycle is finished the bottles come out immaculate.

Final verdict

I would say it is definitely worth its value, and would recommend it to others as a parent of two. It has become a huge time saver for us, and once you have run through the manual for the first time, it’s really easy to remember the steps thereafter.
