Why would you recommend this product to a friend/fellow mum?

This chair has a few really key benefits - one is that it is height adjustable so that you can raise the seat up and it is great for pulling up to the dining table so that baby can be with you when you are eating meals. The other is that the seat has a very good quality soft liner which looks extremely comfortable for baby. However, I found this quite difficult to put together and wondered if I was doing it right as it felt that there was a lot of give in the product ( which I think now is there in order to achieve the natural rocking motion) The chair does fold up but takes up a lot of room and even when folded, the legs are quite wide. The straps are really good quality and I was pleased to see shoulder straps as well as a waist strap however, I couldn't get these adjusted right for my baby and the shoulder straps seemed as if they would fall off and this made me nervous about its safety.

This chair looks nice and its great that you can have it at a good height for baby to watch you eating dinner. The toy mobile was adjustable so that it worked with whichever position you had baby in but for me I found it to be too big - the footprint of the chair was huge and it swamped our kitchen. I was also nervous about the straps not fitting very well and with baby so high I was worried about him falling out in the seated position.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

Either make this smaller (the leg footprint) so that it doesn't take up so much room or improve the shoulder straps - there was something about them that meant no matter how much i adjusted the straps, it felt like they were falling off my baby's shoulders and this made me really nervous.

We Love the design of the SwoonUp. It is easy to remove the cushioning for cleaning. Handy that it can be folded down to take out and about with us. Looks fantastic and have had lots of positive comments from visitors about its practicality.

It is wonderful that the SwoonUp can he height adjusted to suit the task that i am completing. It means that i can easily maintain eye contact with my baby making me more productive when at home. We also have dogs. Although the don't jump up. It is nice to know that my baby is higher off of the floor-just incase :)

The foot print is rather large. Especially when in the lower setting. The straps also seem to easily slip from the adjusted position as my little one moves about in the seat.

The chair folds flatter and low, so it is great to take on days out. Easy to follow wash instructions. Which is great. As a mum of 3 i have little time  to hand wash so popping the covers in the washing machine is fantastic. My daughter seems very comfortable when she is in the chairand regularly falls asleep.

Family friendly for meal times as baby can be table height. Interaction with baby is easy as she is at more my within my eyeline. Keeping baby stimilated is easier since having the SwoonUp

More colour options. Also a music player option would help to keep my little soothed for longer

Wonderful alternative to the other baby seats on the market - high end design and materials, feels like a superior product to those already on the market. Easy to use and very easy to clean which is a massive plus point in my book! Folds flat as well so is easily transportable!!

Love the 2 levels - means I can have my little one at floor level when I am sat on the floor with them, however when we sit and eat as a family we can move the seat to the higher position and she can be at the table with us rather than in her car seat or laying on her floor mat.

If you could change one thing about this product what would it be?

The feet stick out too far when it is in the high position, let alone in the lower position! I've stubbed my toe many times trying to walk around it. I understand that it needs a low centre of gravity to make it stable in the higher position but my toes have had a battering as a result.
