What they say:

“The new "RockOUT 2" rocker is a big improvement from the original "RockOUT". It has kept its clean modern look, three positions and is lightweight, perfect for homes with limited storage and space as it can be discreetly stored away. The new actuation button is easier to operate when your little one is sat in the Rocker and can be easily moved from sitting to recline when the little one wants a sleep. As the RockOut 2 is lightweight it is very easy to throw into the car for visits to relatives so your little one has somewhere to sit.”

The RockOUT 2 is very lightweight and folds right down so takes up limited space. It's ideal for a house like mine which is quite small and it fits snugly under my sofa, when not in use. It feels very well made and once I got the hang of pressing the release button found it very easy to move into the 3 positions. I can transport the rocker easily to friends and family, it takes up hardly any space and even fits under the passenger car seat! It's also easy to clean.

How did this product make your life easier?

When visiting friends and family I can bring the RockOUT 2 with me so that my son has somewhere else to sit. Before, I'd bring his play mat because that folds down but he doesn't always want to be laying down or sat on someone else's lap. Now I can pop the rocker in the car and away we go! He enjoys looking at the two toys and especially likes the squeaky one!

There are two things that stand out for me with the RockOUT 2: 1) It takes up minimal space. I haven't found a rocker that is slimline like this one. It helps me maximise the limited space I have in my house because it easily folds up and slides under my sofa. 2) I can set the product in to 3 positions (one for packing away) so it will grow with my baby. I haven't found another product similar to this on the market.

What changes would you make to this product?

Although I love the toy bar - it fits with the sleek look - I have noticed my little boy can't reach to grab the toys. He's 4.5 months old and likes to bat things with his hands or grab things and try to put them in his mouth, which he can't seem to manage with this one. Perhaps the toy bar could have some flexibility in the bar bit, rather than being rigid?

The RockOUT 2 is such a handy piece of equipment to have at home, especially if you are short of space, your baby travels around a lot, or if your baby has reflux! I loved the fact this rocker has 3 different settings, it lays completely flat for storage, it reclines for relaxing and sits up which is ideal for a baby with reflux!

How did this product make your life easier?

My baby suffers from severe reflux meaning I have to have her sat up for 39 mins to 45 mins after each feed prior to having this product, my arms would ache and I'd be running out of time to put dinner on or get the washing done. Now I can sit Fae in this when needed and know she is securely sat up, and even if she was to bring milk up, the seat is machine washable!

Would you choose this product to win?

This rocker is a very handy piece of equipment. Fae travels to family and friends on a frequent basis and being able to easily take this with you makes life that bit easier too. Fae needs to sit up after feeds due to reflux and this rocker is fantastic for that.

What changes would you make to this product?

Although part of this rocker’s charm is its simplicity, I would make the toys more entertaining. I would perhaps sell this product in a range of colours with toys that babies would enjoy and pay attention to. Fae hasn't noticed the toys at all!

Would you recommend this to other mums?

I would recommend the RockOUT 2 to other mums because it's an amazing space saver and stylish. It has a beautiful unisex striped pattern on the cushioned part of the chair which I love! The multi-level recline is also an amazing added bonus which most other brand don't have just a simple button to push in then pull up the seat or push down to lay down, then push right down to the floor for super flat easy storage.

How did this product make your life easier?

The toy bar is pretty plain but effective; my boy reached straight out for it - not a lot seems to entertain him yet but this did, so a thumbs up from mum. The easy recline is so simple and easy to use which is brilliant for mums when they don't want to wake baby just one handed easy lie flat/sit up.

Would you choose this product to win?

I love the look of the RockOUT 2, but I'm not so sure it should be the overall winner because it's not very big. I know it's made for storage spaces but my baby is 16 weeks and only just fits. It is however super stylish with its silver metal frame and lovely padded seat unit.
