The Infantino Splish & Splash Bath Playset contains 17 toys, including a fishing rod and three fish to catch, four squirty characters, eight stacking pots, and a water wand.

What they say:

"Have fun taking a bath with this 17 piece toy set. Introduces numbers, stacking, hand eye coordination and gross motor skill development."

Tested by Sophie Knight, mum to Eli (2); she said: "My little boy loves this bath toy set. The colours are bright but not gaudy, and the toys are all well made. I like how the fish (for the fishing rod) can be taken apart, to be easilly cleaned. The squirty characters are great fun and easy for little hands to play with - but be warned, you WILL be squirted with water a lot.

"The fishing rod game is great fun but also fab for his co-ordination and dexterity.

"It's aimed at 12 months and over so I wondered if Eli might be too old to enjoy them, but no - he loves them. The water wand, with its movable parts inside, is probably more exciting for a younger baby and that's the one bit he plays with least."
