Would you recommend this to other mums?

Emma: The product was neat, very easy to use, had an excellent picture quality, with additional features, like talk-back which some would find beneficial.

Hayley: This monitor covers all bases. It allows you to hear your little one, see them as well as knowing their movement and breathing pattern is being closely monitored. The picture is very clear as well as good sound quality which also allows two-way communication and the final bonus is this monitor also allows for temperature monitoring.

Nadia: Nothing really compares to being able to visualise your own baby when keeping an eye on them. I have previously had audio monitors so having a visual monitor was a real bonus. The quality of the image is brilliant, the sound quality is incredibly sharp and the design is sophisticated.

How did this product make your life easier?

Kate: It makes my life easier as I can relax for the evening knowing this product will let me know if anything changes with my baby. I love the large monitor screen and feel at ease seeing it clearly. The battery life is good and it is easy to set up and understand the instructions.

Channing: You can position the video monitor anywhere around the bedroom so that you can always keep an eye on your little one. The quality of the sound and the video was fantastic. It reassured me that my little girl was safe and if she was distressed I could speak to her through the microphone.

Sarah: This has allowed me to understand my son's sleeping patterns better. I could see how hot or cold it had dropped to in the middle of the night - allowing me to dress him appropriately or change the heating if necessary.

Would you choose this product to win?

Fatima: I think it should win. It is a great all-round monitor. The combination of the movement pad and video monitoring mean it is a great product for peace of mind. The monitor handset is well designed with a stand to prop it up and is wireless so you can carry it around the house with you. The picture and sound are both very clear.

Charlotte: What stood out for me about this product was how simple and easy it was to use. The setup and instructions were clear and made it quick to set up. The camera was really good quality and the extra features of tracking temperature and baby's movements throughout the night would be reassuring to new mums.

Nadia: Personally, this would not rank as a top choice for me. As a GP I do believe observation is good, however, I do think there is such a thing as 'over-observing'. Constant monitoring may feed into anxiety and over-concern. I prefer simple items that are easy and straightforward to use. This product does have a lot of good features such as recording sleep behaviour and patterns and the motion sensor pad.

What changes would you make to this product?

Sarah: If I could change one thing about the monitor, I would change the price. I feel there are other options at a better price. The features are fantastic and I loved the monitor, however, the price is far too steep for prospective parents in my opinion.

Sarah: I would improve the camera. It needs to have more angles available to view the baby as all nurseries are designed differently. I would prefer the option of being able to attach the camera to the cot for a better view.

Shazia: This product is more expensive than rival brands and I’m not sure it offers any more features. I would like better video quality to match the price tag and a clearer instruction manual. I think a few buttons on the side of the monitor would be easier than using the touchscreen.
