What they say: "Ginger and lemongrass flavour multivitamin & mineral tablets with folic acid & ginger extract. These tablets melt in the mouth making them much easier to take than a traditional tablet."

Would you recommend this to other mums?

I would recommend this to other breastfeeding mums. I am a believer in taking small amounts of vitamins during times when your body may need it. As such I took a prenatal vitamin throughout my pregnancy but had not continued this practice post partum. As a breastfeeding mother, however, I did feel that this could be useful. These vitamins are very easy to take, just melting on your tongue so not a hardship to take each day.

How did this product make your life easier?

These multivitamins are designed for mums, during and after pregnancy so have lots of goodness contained within them to aid the body post partum (in my case). As a new mum who is breastfeeding, I feel they suppliment my diet to aid healthfulness where I possibly miss out from my diet due to having such a busy lifestyle now where you don't always put your own nutritional needs first, they are very easy to take.

What changes would you make to this product?

There is nothing in particular that I would change about this product. They offer good value for money, are very easy and convenient to take and offer a quality product to help support pregnancy, both during and after baby is born. I feel like I am doing something positive for both my baby and myself when taking these vitamins.

Would you recommend this to other mums?

I would recommend these to a friend as they are a cheaper alternative to more expensive brands that we all seem to automatically turn too. There seems to be no difference but price within the vitamins. I have already recommended them to a friend who is expecting.

How did this product make your life easier?

While using these I've noticed that they help with my morning sickness and general nausea they seem to be a bit smaller than other vitamins so easier to take, and also don't leave a strange aftertaste.

Would you choose this product to win?

The main thing that makes this product stand out is the price. Most pregnancy vitamins seem to be very overpriced yet it's felt as essential to buy when pregnant. It's really great to see own brand vitamins at a much more affordable price.

What changes would you make to this product?

If I was to be extremely crucial I would have to comment on the packaging. It seems extremely dull and boring. I most definitely wouldn't notice the vitamins and minerals once placed on a shop shelf. Other than that I will be buying this product myself and I am really happy I have been given the chance to review it as i wouldn't have noticed it in a shop.
